Why traditional? Well we make our own triple
fried, thick, fresh chips. Use our own recipe
beer and cider yeast batter, made fresh every
day. Fry in genuine "prep" palm oil, as used in
UK fish & chip shops.
We have a wide
choice of fish, (cod, haddock, plaice, skate and
hake), as well as mushy peas, pea fritters,
sausages in batter, pies, spam fritters, cod
roe, fish cakes, curries, etc.
